Returns:
You have 20 days to return your item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused in the same condition in which you received it.
To coordinate returns, please email Yabal at info (at) yabal-handicrafts.com or call 312-450-3270. We ship all orders direct from our workshop in Guatemala but receive returns at our Chicago address in the US. You will need to contact us directly to coordinate your product return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Returns can take up to two weeks to post to your card, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping is non-refundable. We will deduct any return shipping costs from the return issued to your card.
